We would be honored to be your wedding day salon! To ensure the best quality service and salon experience for the bride and members of the wedding party on this special day, the following policies are in effect:

1. Salon Esprit requires a deposit consisting of 50% of the anticipated charges, (which includes a 20% gratuity on the service total) to hold the appointment times desired by the clients. Deposits may be paid with cash, check or credit/debit cards. Deposits are subject to a full refund if the appointments are cancelled within 30 days of the wedding. Sunday appointments are subject to additional fees.

2. Payment for all people in the wedding party is the responsibility of the bride and/or the person scheduling the appointments. Payment in full of the anticipated charges must be made at least two weeks prior to the wedding.

3. Brides are encouraged to schedule a trial run for hair and makeup in advance of the wedding. Charges for trial runs will be paid for at the time of the service.

4. The members of the wedding party must report to the salon at the start time indicated on the Wedding Party Reservation Contract to assure adequate time to complete the requested services.

5. Updo clients are required to arrive at their appointment with clean and dry hair wearing a button-down shirt.

6. Make-up clients are required to arrive at their appointment with their skin cleansed, hydrated, and free of any eye makeup. Makeup clients are also required to wear a button-down shirt and to bring their own lipstick and mascara to be used in the makeup application.
