Our goal is to give every client the best salon experience. Here are a few things to know about our salon and what to expect during your first visit and beyond:
- You will be greeted promptly by a team member, asked to fill out our new client form and offered a beverage. The information collected on our new client form is for salon use only and is never given or sold to a third party.
- Your appointment will begin in a timely manner.
- You will have an in-depth consultation with your service provider. During the consultation we get to know you and your goals for your salon experience. It is our intention to meet all your expectations. If after your visit you find that adjustments are needed, we are happy to make things right for you within 10 days of your original service. If you use our online booking system for your first visit, please add the complimentary 15-minute consultation.
- We’ll let you know how to care for your hair, skin and nails at home and when to schedule your next visit to maintain your new look.
- You are free to book with any team member at the salon. Whether to change things up, get a different perspective, or if your regular provider is sick or on vacation, we encourage clients to take advantage of all our talented service providers. We keep detailed records on color and perm formulas that are accessible by the entire team.
